cycling the kiel

…and so this is how it all begun. Aline and myself discussing (whilst in my treatment room). “wouldn’t it be cool to cycling along the Kiel together…lets do it!” A year later we finally cycled it together.

It was such a great feeling to be there and with our ship alongside us. Guess I would have never embarked on such a journey (the North Sea Cycle Route) if it hadn’t been for our discussions – definitely no regrets.

The cycle track is super nice to cycle on. From Brunsbuttel to Rendsburg its smooth as, but then from Rendsburg to Kiel the terrain is a bit jittery and uneven and you lead away from the canal.
