island of mors

I cycled over the islands of Mors today and with some short snip snap ferry crossings costing approx’ 20Kr (which I think is around 1.60GBP) I had cycled the island and the sun was heading its way down. This was a lovely day and unexpected as I had first planned to head up to Thisted. I have to say Mors was much of a muchness but that muchness was magical.

So today I was challenging the wind – coming up onto the North of Denmark I figured the wind would be a struggle but again the day drifted so smoothly. I think looking back onto now that I feel Denmark has been the place that had made me think odd in terms of cycle terrains. I just thought it going to be all flat and plain forward but I have cycled on more different types of trails and tracks than on the whole of my bike tour and in that I think that has speeded up the time. Forever concentrating and manoeuvring the bike and its weight.
